 Evidence Based Exercise Class at Mundaring Physiotherapy Clinic

Studies attest that exercise can help you manage and assist in the prevention of varied conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis. Exercise can assist with alleviating low mood and improving vitality. (Harvard Medical Review 2019)

Exercise also lowers the risk of cancers and improves survival after cancers such as Breast, Colon and Prostate Cancer (APA and ACSM 2019)

You will also age better and feel better with regular commitment to being active. Exercise further improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, ascetic appearance and confidence.

You will be supported every step of the way. Some Clinical Pilates with evidence efficiency is also offered. Class sizes are limited to allow for individual attention. We look forward to looking after you
